1. Booking Confirmation:
   
   • The client agrees to confirm the booking of the artist by providing a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of [10%] of the total agreed fee.
   • The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

1. Payment Terms:
   
   • The remaining balance of the total agreed fee must be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled performance date.
   • Failure to complete payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of the booking.

1. Cancellation by Client:
   
   • In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
   • If the cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the scheduled performance date, the client is responsible for the full agreed fee.

1. Cancellation by Artist:
   
   • If the artist must cancel the performance due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided to the client.
   • The artist will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of cancellation as early as possible.

1. Rescheduling:
   
   • The client may request to reschedule the performance, subject to the artist's availability.
   • Rescheduling is at the discretion of the artist and may be subject to additional fees.

1. Travel and Accommodation:
   
   • The client is responsible for covering the artist's reasonable travel and accommodation expenses if the performance requires travel outside of the agreed-upon location.

1. Technical Requirements:
   
   • The client agrees to provide the necessary technical requirements this include sound equipment, lighting, and any other specified needs.

1. Force Majeure:
   
   • Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, pandemics, or other emergencies.

1. Indemnification:
   
   • The client agrees to indemnify and hold the artist harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the client's use of the artist's services.

1. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the NSW.

By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
